Make sure my letters find you
Emails sometimes land in the wrong place. These four steps take about a minute and make sure you don't miss one.

Confirm your email
Open the email I just sent and click the confirm button. If you don't see it, look in your spam folder.

Add me to your safe senders
Add my email address to your contacts or safe senders list, so your inbox knows I'm welcome.

Check spam and promotions
If my email is in your spam folder or in the Promotions tab, move it to your main inbox.

Gmail: drag me into Primary
Click my email, hold it, and drag it into the Primary tab. When Gmail asks about future emails, say yes. If your inbox is filtered or private, such as a work email, also make sure my email isn't in drafts or spam, and add my domain to your safe list.
