A Sacred Sanctuary

What would you do to be able to feel the beauty of life resonate through every cell of your being? What if you could feel this every moment? What if a simple flicker of your awareness could unfold infinite petals of joy within you and bring a peaceful smile to your face that relaxes every muscle in your body?
If your life feels hectic and you are balancing multiple responsibilities on a daily basis, this might seem like a far-away reality. Before you know it the day is over and as you lie in bed you churn through the things you need to do the next day.

Find something beautiful where you are sitting. Perhaps there is a lamp with beautiful light or a flower or a tree. Notice how you find this beautiful.
Now notice how noticing the beauty in something awakens the feeling of beauty within you. As you notice this, feel beauty vibrating in every single cell of your body. Feel joy opening up inside like an infinite petaled flower.
